Joy to me is a feeling about an experience. I felt joy yesterday walking my dog around a pond feeling the sun on my face and recognizing the brilliant red in the leaves on the trees. Joy to me is when my heart is open and full at the same time. What about for you? Can't wait to hear. Megan
